Are you looking to make a difference in the lives of children? If so, Healthy Families has an exciting opportunity for you.  This full-time Parent Educator position works with new parents in their homes offering case management, support and education.

Ideal candidates will have flexibility, good computer skills, and an understanding of and desire to work with children and parents; possess strong communication skills and capacity to work independently and in team settings.
