Advocates for Children is a non-profit organization dedicated to the prevention of child abuse. Since 1978, we have supported Androscoggin County families through education, outreach, and advocacy.

Our Parent Resource Center (PRC) is an invaluable resource for families with children at any developmental stage. Throughout the year, the PRC offers interactive parent-child playgroups, an extensive lending library, and many events and workshops on various parenting topics.
